These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Logica.design (the "Service"), operated by Boston Design ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Notify hello@logica.design of unauthorized use.
3. The Service
Logica.design is a SaaS software platform that lets users upload supported Excel and CSV schedule files and generate cleaned digital outputs including: a five-tab Excel Workbook, a Clean PDF Schedule Export, CSV Tables, Quality Control Report, BIM/CAD Export Fields, and an AutoCAD-ready Excel/CSV table package.
Outputs are intended for review, mapping, documentation, and downstream coordination workflows.
Logica.design does not directly edit Revit models, RVT files, AutoCAD drawings, DWG files, or live BIM models.
Logica.design does not provide architectural, engineering, construction management, code compliance, procurement, legal, or consulting services.
Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.
You retain rights to your uploaded data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, transform, and generate exports from your uploaded data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Logica.design does not retain uploaded schedule files after processing, except where temporary storage is required to generate your selected exports, maintain system security, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot service errors, process payments, or comply with legal obligations. Account, billing, transaction, and service usage records may be retained as required for business, tax, accounting, security, and legal purposes.
4. Plans, payments, and Founding Team Lifetime
Paid plans are billed in advance via Lemon Squeezy. "Founding Team Lifetime" means access to Logica.design Core for as long as the product is operated. It does not include unlimited users, unlimited storage, custom development, expert review, or manual cleanup service.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload files you do not have the right to process.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and brand assets are owned by Boston Design.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant outputs are error-free. Review every export. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend access for breach.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of South Korea.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated.
