FAQ
Questions, answered.
What file types can I upload?+
Supported upload file types include:
- .xlsx Excel workbook
- .xls Excel 97–2003 workbook
- .csv file
PDF, Revit, and AutoCAD imports are not currently supported as upload formats. PDF export is different from PDF upload.
Can I upload one Excel file with multiple sheets?+
Yes, where supported by the plan. A single Excel workbook may include multiple schedule sheets — up to 10 sheets per workbook. This is useful when one project workbook includes separate sheets for door schedules, finish schedules, RFI logs, submittals, or other schedule types.
Can I upload multiple schedules at once?+
Yes, batch upload is available where included by plan. Use batch upload when multiple files share the same project information. Batch upload supports up to 10 separate Excel or CSV files at a time, depending on plan limits.
What schedule types are supported?+
Supported uploads include:
- Architectural hardware schedules
- Door and Window schedules
- Finish schedules
- Equipment schedules
- Lighting schedules
- Plumbing fixture schedules
- Room data sheets
- RFI logs
- Submittal logs
- Punch lists
- Procurement logs
Can I see the cleaned data before paying?+
A live in-app cleanup preview is not available. The Free File Review checks whether your file can be cleaned. Cleaned exports are available on paid plans.
What formats can I download?+
Available outputs may include:
- Excel Workbook (five tabs: Clean Schedule, Issue Report, Audit Summary, Raw Upload, BIM/CAD Export Fields)
- Clean PDF Schedule Export
- CSV Table
- BIM/CAD Export Fields
- AutoCAD-ready Excel/CSV table package
Export availability may vary by plan, file type, and schedule type. Logica.design does not directly edit Revit, RVT, AutoCAD, or DWG files — it produces structured table outputs for downstream coordination workflows.
Does Logica.design replace Revit, BIM, or CAD?+
No. Logica.design does not replace Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, or any source system. It cleans and standardizes schedule data that moves between Revit exports, AutoCAD coordination, Excel files, consultant spreadsheets, vendor lists, construction trackers, submittal logs, punch lists, and RFI logs.
How are credits counted?+
1 selected Excel worksheet = 1 credit. 1 CSV schedule file = 1 credit. Excel workbooks may include multiple worksheets, and users can select up to 10 sheets per workbook.
What does Free File Review include?+
Free File Review includes one user, one Excel or CSV schedule file, and one selected schedule sheet. Batch upload, batch download, Excel Workbook export, Clean PDF Schedule Export, BIM/CAD Export Fields, and AutoCAD-ready Excel/CSV table package require a paid plan.
Are credits per user or shared?+
Credits are shared at the workspace level. For example, the Team Plan includes 500 total credits per month for the workspace, and up to 5 users can use that same shared credit pool. It does not mean 500 credits per user.
How much does Logica.design cost?+
$19/month includes 200 cleanup credits. If you run out before the next renewal, you can add 100 extra cleanup credits for $10. The Free Cleaned Preview is $0 and lets you see the cleaned result online before subscribing.
Does the app guarantee perfect cleanup?+
No. Logica.design creates standardized, review-ready deliverables with automated quality control. Project teams should verify all data before issuing, pricing, procuring, or constructing.
How is my data handled?+
Uploaded files are stored securely and used only to generate your clean project deliverables. See the Privacy Policy for details.
