Important limits on Logica.design software outputs and professional review requirements.

Last updated: May 17, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to the Logica.design website and to the Logica.design SaaS software platform operated by Boston Design. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the following.

1. Logica.design is software

Logica.design is a SaaS software platform that processes uploaded Excel and CSV schedule files into cleaned digital exports. Logica.design does not provide architectural, engineering, construction management, code compliance, procurement, legal, or consulting advice. Cleaned outputs must be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used to make construction, procurement, or coordination decisions.

2. Outputs are not professional instruments

Logica.design outputs are not construction documents, permit documents, stamped professional instruments of service, or a substitute for review by a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, code consultant, specification consultant, or authority having jurisdiction. Outputs are intended for review, mapping, documentation, and downstream coordination workflows only.

3. No replacement for BIM or design review

The Service is not a replacement for Building Information Modeling, design coordination, specification review, or quality control processes. It addresses the messy spreadsheet handoff that occurs after data leaves BIM.

4. Accuracy of outputs

Automated cleanup and issue detection rely on column mapping, synonym dictionaries, and rule-based logic. Some inputs may be incorrectly mapped, missed, or flagged. You are responsible for reviewing every export before relying on it.

5. Third-party content

The Service may reference manufacturer names, product categories, or industry standards. These references are for cleanup and standardization purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
