We want you to be confident before you commit. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Founding Team Lifetime guarantee
If Logica.design cannot generate a file review result or paid export, depending on the plan purchased, from your first supported schedule file due to a platform error, you may request a refund of your Founding Team Lifetime payment within 7 days of purchase.
"Supported schedule file" means one of the schedule types listed on the Supported Schedule Types page, uploaded as a valid .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file.
2. Monthly and yearly subscriptions
All paid plans, including Pro, Studio, Firm, and Enterprise, are billed in advance monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
We do not pro-rate partial monthly periods.
For yearly plans, you may request a refund within 14 days of the billing date by emailing hello@logica.design. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
Refunds are not guaranteed after credits are used or files are processed. Output quality depends on the structure and completeness of the uploaded file.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@logica.design with your order ID. We respond within one business day.
If a technical error prevents access to a paid export, contact hello@logica.design and we will either help resolve the issue or issue a refund where applicable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violation of our Terms, or usage beyond standard plan limits.
Refunds are not available for unsupported file types, corrupted files, password-protected files, files the user does not have rights to process, poor source file quality, or outputs requiring manual professional judgment beyond the software's automated cleanup and audit scope.
5. Payment processing
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and typically settle within 5–10 business days.
