The real problem is broader than BIM.
Schedule data does not stay in one perfect model or one perfect spreadsheet. It moves through Revit exports, AutoCAD coordination, Excel files, consultant spreadsheets, vendor lists, construction trackers, submittal logs, punch lists, and RFI logs. That is where formatting breaks, fields go missing, and teams lose time rebuilding schedules manually.
Exported schedules often require column cleanup, formatting, mapping, and review before they can be shared or reused.
Schedule information often moves between drawings, spreadsheets, consultants, vendors, and trackers without one consistent structure.
Column names, room references, marks, quantities, statuses, and notes can change from file to file.
Blank quantities, duplicate marks, missing room references, incomplete dates, and inconsistent statuses hide inside schedule files.
Architects, coordinators, spec writers, and project managers spend hours cleaning files that should be standardized automatically.
Project teams need structured Excel, PDF, BIM/CAD-ready, and AutoCAD-ready table outputs that can support review, mapping, and coordination workflows.
Upload one workbook or batch upload multiple schedule files. Logica cleans the data and exports clean project deliverables in the format you need.
Outputs
Upload messy AEC schedule files. Download clean Excel Workbooks, Clean PDF Schedule Exports, CSV Tables, and BIM/CAD-ready export packages.
Five-tab workbook with Clean Schedule, Issue Report, Audit Summary, Raw Upload, and BIM/CAD Export Fields.
Cleaned schedule data exported as a structured PDF table with project information, compact audit summary, and disclaimer.
Structured schedule data with stable fields, preserved marks, room references, source row references, issue status, and coordination-ready columns for downstream BIM, CAD, and documentation workflows.
Cleaned schedule tables formatted for AutoCAD table workflows, CAD documentation, consultant handoff, and drawing coordination. This does not create or edit DWG files.
Disclaimer: Logica.design does not directly edit Revit models, RVT files, AutoCAD drawings, DWG files, or live BIM models in the launch version. It produces structured Excel, CSV, PDF, BIM/CAD-ready, and AutoCAD-ready table outputs for review, mapping, documentation, and downstream coordination workflows.
Workflow
Logica.design does not replace Revit, BIM, or CAD. It cleans and audits schedule data that moves between Revit exports, AutoCAD coordination, Excel files, consultant spreadsheets, vendor lists, and construction trackers.
